The America, Don’t Give Up Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2025.

The America, Don’t Give Up Foundation is organized and operated exclusively for tax-exempt purposes in accordance with Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

The Foundation’s mission is to promote constitutional education and civic literacy among young people through youth-accessible methods. By equipping the next generation with a clear understanding of America’s founding principles— life, liberty, limited government, individual responsibility, free enterprise, and faith— the Foundation seeks to cultivate an informed, engaged, and principled populace committed to preserving these values for themselves and future generations.
